 How to make Pakistani style Creamy Chicken Karahi in a quick way.




What is chicken creamy white karahi..????

Chicken creamy white karahi is a very delicious and a creamy handi. Its is famous as a chicken white korma or chicken white karhai.it is popular in Northern Pakistan and North india.in this karhai we use whipping cream or even there no red chillies use.

We use only blackpepper,white pepper and fresh green chillies. We know chicken Reshmi curry as well.

Which part of chicken to use for this recipe????

I like bone-in chicken in this recipe because they give the best taste  but you can use bone-less chicken,like thighs or breast. Bone-in chicken keeps the flover and juiciness is much better then the bone-less.





Main Ingredients 

  • Whipping cream /milk pack cream (1pack)
  • Chicken bone-less/bone-in (1lbs)
  • Basic spices: salt,(as need) white zeera (2tsp)
  • Ginger garlic paste (4+4 tbs)
  • Powdered spices: black pepper,white pepper, cumin powder , coriander powder (2tbs)
  • Olive oil /ghee /butter (1/2 cup)
  • Onion chooped/puree (2 medium)
  • Yogurt (1cup)
  • Lemon juice (2 lemons)


  • For Garnish
  • Fresh coriander,
  • Green chillies 
  • Garlic (sliced)
  • Almonds 
  • Kajuu




Lets cook chicken creamy white karahi in 10 essay steps.

follow the steps carefully.

  1. Take a clean pan.
  2. Add oil/ghee
  3. Add chicken,choped onion,green chillies, garlic paste and cook on low flame.untill the chicken turned into the white form.
  4. Add yogurt and cook untill the water or yogurt dry

  5. Now add salt, cumin powder, white-pepper, black pepper, coriander powder.
  6. Cook untill the chicken is tender.
  7. Add whipped cream/milkpack cream 
  8. Add lemon juice and cook for 2,3 minutes.
  9. The oil or ghee is spread from chicken.


  10. Granish  with fresh coriander,green chillies, almonds,kaju and ginger (juliennes sliced).

The Chicken Creamy White Karahi is ready to server with butter Naan.

Hot butter naan
Cumin rice(zeera rice)
Chapatii..
I suggest you that you will try with hot butter naan.

CAN WE USE KAJUU & ALMOND PASTE IN THIS RECIPE???..

When the chicken almost cooked. Pour cream and cook on low heat for 2,3 minutes.
